What is the first step?
Call us! We will schedule a “Meet & Greet” appointment with you and your pet(s). During this meeting, we will discuss your pets and their routines and habits, as well as any special needs they may have. There will be a small amount of paperwork to complete. At this meeting, you will provide us with a copy of your house keys. Clients can choose to have their keys returned to them at the end of scheduled services or we will happily keep a set of keys in a locked location for future visits.

Absolutely! 100%! The Paw Firm is owner-operated and fully bonded and insured. We also hold a valid Jacksonville business license. We are professional members of Pet Sitters International and a Certified member of the National Association of Professional Pet Sitters. We are also Certified in Animal First Aid and CPR by the American Red Cross.
What types of animals do you care for?
We love and care for all types of animals! (except Tarantulas. Large hairy spiders give us the creeps.)
How will I be billed? When is it due?
For pet sitting and house sitting, new clients are required to pay prior to the first service. Established clients will receive an invoice upon their return. Invoices must be paid in full within 10 days of receipt.
For dog walking and all other services, clients will receive an invoice at the end of the month. Invoices must be paid in full within 10 days of receipt.
The Paw Firm currently accepts cash and check only.
